Guided by a deep belief in the transformative power of chess, Suvir Aylawadi founded Chess for Change Academy with a singular mission: to empower young minds through strategy, focus, and purposeful thinking. An internationally rated FIDE player and national-level competitor, Suvir has translated his passion for chess into a powerful platform for mentorship and impact. What began as a personal journey across tournament halls has grown into an academy committed to making chess not only accessible, but truly life-changing, especially for students with limited opportunities. As a teacher, leader, and visionary, Suvir has mentored dozens of students and led community-based chess initiatives that go beyond skill-building. Through private lessons, group classes, and global outreach, he champions the idea that every student can think boldly, move wisely, and lead with intention. Suvir believes that each chess move mirrors life, requiring foresight, patience, and resilience. Through Chess for Change Academy, he is cultivating not just stronger players, but stronger thinkers, decision-makers, and future change-makers and helping the underprivileged all across the world to get access to a better educational tool.
